The Engagement
Homebuilder X was expanding into two new communities with three new plans. They had architectural drawings from a prior architect but no options library, no HVAC designs, and no 3D assets for their sales center. Launch was 90 days out.
What We Delivered
We produced the full plan set revisions for all three plans across four elevations, built a 47-option structural and design options library with pricing tied to their margin model, completed Manual J and duct layout for all plans, and delivered a full 3D rendering package for the sales center.

Homebuilder Y had a community of 84 lots with an existing plan library but no structural packages — their PE relationship had ended and they needed stamped structural packages for 6 plans before permits could be pulled. They also needed site plans for 22 lots in Phase 1.
What We Delivered
We ran all 6 plans through ALFRED for structural analysis and delivered PE-stamped packages through Beyler Consulting. Simultaneously, we produced lot-specific site plans for all 22 Phase 1 lots and completed 3D models for the 3 most popular plans for their website launch.
